- We made the little toilet paper roll out of brown floral wire and cut up strips of toilet paper.

Cut the top and the bottom in two separate strips of paper and fan-fold. Glue the areas together where there isnโt newspaper showing. You may use the same directions that were used for the miniature elf book in the link provided below the newspaper printable link. I hope this helps.
