Today is day ten,
But somethings not right.
Where’s the menorah,
With its candles so bright?

To celebrate Hanukkah,
The Festival of Lights,
A candle is lit,
Each of the EIGHT NIGHTS,

But this elf got it wrong,
Which is not hard to believe.
In his mind, it’s ATE KNIGHTS
Which is silly as can be!

This fairy tale is,
a little different you see,
It’s about Hanukkah,
And a wolf who eats latkes.
