Move over Elf Mates, there’s a new Cobbler in town! One Elf Mate upcycle done. Two more to go! I have a lot more to do before this trio is complete, but they’ll have to wait until next year to make a final appearance.

Susan and I just scored the new Elf on the Shelf Elf Mates only available in the UK at Poundland (similar to Dollar Tree). They made it safely to the USA.
